  I normally don’t leave bad reviews, you can see iton myprofile. Nor doI like tobe aKaren but when you consistently hear others discussing their bad experiences here, there’s some truth init. Ididn’t believe them till ithappened tome.

  First and foremost, Iunderstand that we’re humans and make mistakes; but tobe honest ifyou make amistake, betransparent aboutit.

  It’s a6hour round trip for meto get tothe facility soI’m definitely not alocal. Itook mytime off knowing this wa

  s going tobe anall day thing. Icame infor afollow upappointment todo mylabs. The Doctor told uspreviously that Ineeded tocome inbetween days 25—27inmy cycle tocheck myhormone levels. Day 25&26just happened tooccur onthe weekend.

  So wecame inon day 27of mycycle aka Monday. Wecheckedin, spoke with the nurse, only tobe told that Icame inon the wrongday. Ineeded tocome inon DAY 21of mycycle. That they needed toreschedule myappointment another month orsoout. They couldn’t test myprogesterone levels today.

  I was angry and severely disappointed atthe lack ofcommunication. Ididn’t receive anemail and ora text message previously informing meof such changes. SoI was mad when what the doctor told meand what the nurse told mewere 2separate things. They have myfiles and it’s noted when mylast period datewas. Iwas irritated soI left.

  There was noapology, noconsideration, noaccountability- nothing. Iwasted time,gas, money and work hours for something that could easily befixed. I’ve waited months for this process only tobe left feeling less like apatient and more like aliability.

  I wish everyone the best who goes here but after talking toother OBGYNS’ Iunderstand this clinic wasn’t the right choice.

  Love the staff!! Incredibly frustrated when calling tospeak with the practice aman's voice offers myoptions throughout the hold time and phone transfer. How isthis helpful when I'm stressed about the most legislated body system? I'm waiting tohear about abiopsy onmy ovaries, cervix and uterus and Ihave tolisted tohim!?!?. When Iasked inthe office the staff all understood myposition and apologized profusely for the obvious insensitivity during female bodied life and death decisionsand information. However the staff felt ignored bythe leadership when brought tothe attention ofthe office management and lead physician. This isa woeful misstep and awful first impression for GYNECOLOGY AND OBSTETRICS. This isthe true definition ofmicro aggression bythe patriarchy. Color meunimpressed.… – show

  Dr. Freeman isamazing. Ihave seen him for many years and hedelivered myyoungerson. Heis the most compassionate docter Ihave evermet. When you talk tohim hereally listens. Itreally feels like you are just talking toa friend nojudgement atall. Ihave never once felt rushed either.

  Dr. Freeman was oncall, the call center paged him because Iwoke upthrowing upblood and was concerned. Hedidn’t call meback Icalled again and they paged him and hecalled meback while peeing… Hewas rude and short. Ialready was abit frustrated with almost a2month wait tosee anOB but after that experience Iwill begoing elsewhere.

  The waiting room iscalming, the staff isefficient, I've never had anissue getting prescriptions called inimmediately, the doctors knew what Ihad goingon. Ifeel well caredfor.

  Wife had acheckup, Ultrasound and ablood draw....took 2and ahalf hours…what ajoke. Should have taken nomore then ahour. 6other families came inway after usand got helped first and then left before she was even seen

  unfortunately Ihave had two miscarriages, the second time Icontacted immediately, Istarted with aslight spotting, Ilet them know what was happening, Icommented that ithad happened tome once, Ibegged them tohelp mebecause Idid not want togo through again the same… Iwas very scared and they toldme, ifthis isgoing tohappen, wecan't doanything, take Tylenol…

  Dr Strizzi delivered mytwins via C-section. Besides being agreat OBGYN her surgical skills are amazing. Myhealing was quick and myscar issmall and almost non visible.

  Dr. Freeman isamazing. I've had him asmy doctor for 2of mybirths. Hehas the most calming personality. Heis laid back and knowledgeable. Iwould recommend him amillion times over. HisCNA, Brandy(I?), isSO SWEET.

  Dr. Steinbis issuch afantasticDr! Her bedside manner isso compassionate! She was there for meevery step ofmy pregnancy and took the time tolisten tomy concerns and helped calm medown! She isso easy totalk toand sogentle. She was fantastic during mydelivery and helped mefocus! Her MAAshely isamazingtoo! She also calmed medown, reassuredme, and made melaugh when Ineededit! (and attimes Ineeded it)She always asked meabout mybaby all thru mypregnancy and would even call her byher name! Iwould recommendDr. Steinbis and Ashely toanyone who ispregnant and looking for anamazing and fun team! Thank you both for awonderful experience!   Had aterrible experience…We unfortunately had amiscarriage over weekend. Wewere atthe Asante ERtwice due toexcessive bleeding complications ofthe miscarriage and the women’s clinic was the oncallOB. Wehad planned touse aMidwife clinic inAshland for our birth and the ERdoctors suggested wehave anemergency follow upwith the Women’s Clinic Monday. Wecalled the women’s clinic and they said they didn’t want toschedule anappointment even though the ERcalled animmediate emergency appointment. They said wehad tofollow upwith our Midwife, but our midwife said there was nothing they could dofor usand said weneeded anOB for this particular situation toget the right treatment. All that tosay, wehad tolook around for another OBthat would see usimmediately. You think they would bea little bit more understanding and helpful during this most heartbreaking time.… – show

  The staff (including the doctors, nurses, and reception/front desk) were appropriately friendly and made mefeel comfortable inthese difficult times. Iwould recommend Medford Women's Clinic

  Dr. Freeman isabsolutely the best doctor I've ever seen. I'm sad Iwon't beseeing him anymore but sothankful hehelped mebring mysweet girl into the world. Iloved his PA's aswell. They make agreat team. You can tell they truly care about their patients!

  I went toget normal womens exam and tocheck onmy paraguardiud. The nurse decided itwas time toreplace myiud and pulled itout and apiece ofthe iud broke off and stayed inside myuterus. xrays were scheduled later inthe month tosee where the pieceis. during the time iwaited for the xray, ilearned ican make aclaim against paraguard, soi started aclaim. After the xray appointment, weseen the piece was embedded into the wall ofmy cervix, sosurgery was the next thing. Iupdated the attorneys for myclaim, and they sent out documents tojulie king ofWMC toimform her about the claim and they needed tocollect info and the piece ofparaguard for evidence for myclaim. the claim was never against the clinic, just paraguard. Julie King dismissed meas apatient because she didnt want tobe involved ina lawsuit that helped awoman who got injured byanIUD. Ithought this clinic was here tohelp woman, but iguessnot. Now ihave tofind anew doctor and surgeon.… – show
